How it works
Planning your museum bar with us
- Lock in your date with the museum first. Then get your bar price in a few minutes on our quote page.
- Confirm the alcohol plan with the museum’s events team. Every venue has its own rules for alcohol, and the museum’s apply to your event. Tell us what they’ve approved and we’ll build the bar around it.
- Pick your bar style. For a hosted bar, you bring the alcohol. We pour on your behalf, and we’ll give you a shopping list sized to your guest count. Want guests to buy their own drinks? Ask us early and we’ll work out the right setup with you and the museum.
- We send the paperwork. Need a certificate of insurance naming the museum as additional insured? That’s $150, and we’ll send it straight to the events team.
- We show up early. Bartenders arrive 60 to 90 minutes before service to set up, then break down and clean up when the night’s over.
