Waikiki is just down the road from our central Honolulu starting point, so most events here have no travel fee.
Many Waikiki events are planned from somewhere else: a couple flying in for a vow renewal, a family reunion in a block of hotel rooms, a company retreat with a free night on the schedule. You may not know anyone on the island yet. That’s fine. Get a price online, book a quick call, and we’ll handle the bar from there while you enjoy the trip.
It works just as well for locals: a birthday in your condo party room, a rooftop pau hana or a small wedding with an ocean view.

Planning a bar in a Waikiki building
Check the venue’s alcohol rules
Many hotels and restaurants have their own bar service and may not allow outside alcohol or outside bartenders. Condo associations often have party room rules too. Ask first, and tell us what they said. We’ll plan around it.
Loading and parking
Waikiki buildings mean loading docks, freight elevators and tight parking. Send us your building’s vendor instructions and we’ll time our arrival so setup goes smoothly.
Small spaces, compact bars
Our standard bar is a 6-ft table with fitted black or white linen, which fits most suites, lanai and party rooms. Bigger crowd? Add a second bar for $150.
Paperwork for the building
Many buildings ask vendors for proof of insurance. We carry $2M liquor liability, general liability and workers’ comp, and can name your venue or association as additional insured for $150.
How it works
Your drinks, our bartenders
For a hosted bar, you bring the alcohol. We pour on your behalf. We’ll send a shopping list sized to your guest count, so you can pick everything up at a nearby store or have a store deliver it to your room or unit before we arrive.
We bring the bar tools, table and linen, and your first cooler. Ice, cups, mixers, juice and garnish can go on your quote from our add-ons, so you don’t have to haul bags of ice up an elevator.

Waikiki bartending FAQs
Can you bartend in my hotel room or suite?
Often, yes, if the hotel allows it. Hotels set their own rules on outside alcohol and vendors, so check with them first. If they say no, ask whether they have a function space or lanai you can book instead.
Is there a travel fee for Waikiki?
Usually not. Travel is only charged for events more than about 10 miles from our central Honolulu starting point, and Waikiki is well inside that.
We’re visiting from the mainland. How do we book?
Get your price on our quote page, then book a quick call with us. A 30% deposit holds your date, and the balance is due 7 days before your event.
What’s the smallest event you’ll do?
Small groups are welcome. Bartenders-only service starts at $450 with a 3-hour minimum. See our pricing.
