Terms of Service
Free Spirits, LLC
Effective Date: June 4, 2025
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking services with Free Spirits, LLC. By hiring our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Description of Service
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you are hiring Free Spirits, LLC to provide mobile bartending services for your private event. This includes:
- Professional bartenders
- Standard bartending tools and setup
- Alcohol (if applicable)
- Ice (if specified and available)
- Basic service equipment (e.g., cups, garnishes, mixers, etc., as arranged)
Services will be rendered on the agreed-upon date, time, and location as confirmed in your invoice or event agreement.
2. Refund Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- If full payment has been made and the event is canceled with more than 14 days’ notice, a refund minus the deposit may be issued at our discretion.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
- In the rare case that we must cancel, a full refund will be provided or services rescheduled.
3. Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellations
- 30+ days in advance: Only the deposit is retained.
- 14–29 days in advance: 50% of the total balance is due.
- Within 14 days: The full balance is due.
Vendor-Initiated Cancellations
- If Free Spirits, LLC must cancel, a full refund will be issued or services rescheduled.
4. Shipping Policy
We do not ship physical products. All items and services are delivered on-site at the event location.
5. Force Majeure
Free Spirits, LLC shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, power outages, transportation delays, pandemic restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Limitation of Liability
Free Spirits, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services. Clients are responsible for ensuring a lawful and safe environment.
7. No Guarantee
Free Spirits, LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes, guest satisfaction, or the success of your event. We provide professional bartending services based on your event agreement.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide safe, accessible working conditions
- Ensure guests are of legal drinking age
- Comply with local laws
- Provide access to necessary utilities for outdoor events
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing overly intoxicated or disruptive.
