We staff the bars at Honolulu Night Market at SALT Kaka’ako and community festivals across the island.
We’ve worked with event venues and organizers all over Honolulu, including Art After Dark at the Honolulu Museum of Art (HoMA), Honolulu Night Market at Our Kaka’ako, Bishop Museum events (where we’re the preferred bartending vendor), New Wave Fridays at Ward Village, Krave Marketing events like Kailua Fall Fest, and Diner en Blanc.
Big crowds need a bar that keeps lines short. Our bartenders are pour tested once a month, and we plan staffing, bar layout, ice and supplies around your expected attendance.

Not a problem. Our quote form asks the right questions so you’re in and out. We can name your venue or organizer as additional insured on a certificate of insurance for $150.
The serious stuff
Trained, pour-tested staff
Our bartenders have at least 2 years of experience, complete responsible alcohol service training such as TIPS or ServSafe, check IDs and serve responsibly, and are pour tested once a month.

Can guests buy drinks at our market or festival?
Cash bars are possible with enough lead time (8+ weeks); ask us early so we can plan it with you.
Can you run more than one bar?
Yes. Each extra bar setup is $150, and we’ll staff each bar based on your expected crowd. Our bar management service covers staffing, setup, inventory and service flow.
Do you bring ice and coolers?
Yes. One cooler comes with every base event, extra coolers are $50 each, and we either bring the ice or schedule a delivery with a local vendor. See add-ons.
Are you insured for public events?
Yes. We carry general liability, liquor liability (up to $2M) and workers’ comp, and we can name your venue or organizer as additional insured on a COI for $150.
