2. Do You Offer a Suggested Alcohol Shopping List Calculator?

Absolutely. Whether you’re sourcing your own alcohol or using our our services, we’ll help calculate exactly how much liquor, wine, beer, and champagne you’ll need based on guest count.

3. Can You Make Signature Cocktails for My Event?

Yes! We’re happy to help you select themed or signature cocktails to fit your occasion. Your bartender(s) will arrive prepared to craft these drinks and we’ll even provide a custom shopping list tailored to your guest count.

4. What Will You Bring to My Event?

No matter the package you choose, we provide essential tools unless you choose to supply your own: wine key, bottle openers, spill mats, pour spouts, cocktail shakers, ice bucket & scoop, cutting board, and knife.


5. Do You Provide Ice, Cups, Mixers, and Other Bar Items?

Yes—we offer add on items to hour quote ranging from bartender-only to fully stocked, all-inclusive service. You may supply your own items or let us handle it all.

6. What Does Your Bar Setup Look Like?

Our standard setup includes a 6-ft bar table with fitted linen and dual drink stations (for 1–2 bartenders). Available linen colors: black and white. Extra bar rentals setups are $100.

7. Will My Bartender Arrive Early?

Yes. Bartenders arrive 60–90 minutes before your scheduled service time for setup—this setup time is included in your booked service hours. (1 hr setup fee)


8. How Do You Staff My Event?

Our hiring process includes rigorous vetting and tech-driven matching. We have pick of some of the best local talent. Your assigned bartender has minimum 2yrs of service experience and will arrive clean, prompt, and professional.


9. What Island Do You Provide Services?

We primarily serve the island of Oahu. We have done outer island events in the past including Maui, Kaui and Big Island.

10. Are Your Bartenders Certified?

Yes. All bartenders are certified via TIPS, ServSafe®, ABC, or a state-equivalent program and usually carry a Honolulu Liquor card. These are alcohol handling certifications for the state of Hawai’i.


11. Do You Have Insurance?

Yes, we carry General Liability, Liquor Liability (up to $2M), and Workers’ Comp. We can name your venue or clubhouse as additional insured on the COI for a fee of $150.


12. What Affects the Cost of Bartending Services?

Pricing is based on guest count, number of service hours, travel distance and any selected add-ons or upgrades.


13. How Do I Pay the Deposit?

We require a 30% deposit to book. Pay securely online via Stripe (credit/debit). The remaining balance is due before the start of your event.  Cash, Check or Charge available. (2.7% cc surcharge fees apply)


14. What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Deposits and payments are non-refundable but fully transferable as a event credit for one year. You can apply it to a rescheduled or future event.

15. What If My Bartender Doesn’t Show?

We maintain on call staff for every event. We have yet to miss a scheduled event til this day. In the rare ocasion of an emergency, your full payment will be refunded the same day.
